These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and wim63 ("wim63," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the wim63 online gaming platform, including all games, services, promotions, and features accessible at wim63.org and any related mobile or web applications.

To register and maintain an account on wim63, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on wim63. Maintaining multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If wim63 determines that a Player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be permanently closed and any bonuses or winnings associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must keep this information updated. Providing false information — particularly regarding identity or age — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wim63 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. wim63 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity occurring under your account credentials will be attributed to you.
wim63 is required by PAGCOR to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on all registered players. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID) and proof of address. wim63 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal privileges until KYC verification is complete.
wim63 accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, and other payment channels as displayed on the wim63 deposit page. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No foreign currency conversion is applied.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless a specific promotion specifies otherwise. wim63 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit amounts with reasonable notice.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or business accounts are prohibited. wim63 may request proof of ownership of the payment method used.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your wim63 wallet instantly in normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to credit, depending on the banking institution's processing times.
Withdrawals from your wim63 account are subject to the following conditions: (a) your KYC verification must be complete; (b) you must have met all applicable wagering requirements on any bonus funds; (c) the withdrawal amount must not exceed the balance in your real-money wallet; and (d) you must have played through any deposited funds at least once before withdrawal is processed.
wim63 processes withdrawal requests within 5–60 minutes for GCash and PayMaya under normal operating conditions, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.
Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible, as required under anti-money laundering regulations. If the original method is unavailable, wim63 may request alternative documentation.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by account tier and will be displayed in your account dashboard. VIP Crown Elite members benefit from elevated withdrawal limits.
All bonuses offered by wim63 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and loyalty rewards — are subject to individual promotion terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
wim63 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and void any winnings derived therefrom if it determines — in its reasonable discretion — that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing bets to artificially meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; or any pattern of play designed to exploit a promotional offer.
All games on the wim63 platform — whether RNG-based digital games or live dealer table games — operate under published game rules that are accessible within each game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

The integrity of live dealer games is maintained through certified studio operations and independent oversight. In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that results in an interrupted game round, wim63 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the corresponding stake to the Player's wallet. No winnings will be paid on a voided round. wim63's decision on game disputes shall be final, subject to appeal under the PAGCOR dispute resolution process.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from any wim63 content without the express prior written consent of wim63. Unauthorised use of wim63 intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wim63 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses arising from game outcomes, technical failures, or third-party payment processing delays.
wim63's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.
wim63 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. wim63 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability during maintenance or unexpected outages.
wim63 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, wim63 will provide at least seven (7) days' notice via email to registered Players' addresses on file and via a prominent notice on the wim63 platform. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the wim63 platform and may request withdrawal of any remaining balance in your account prior to the effective date of the change.
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to wim63's internal dispute resolution process. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR as the competent gaming regulator under Philippine law.
The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above processes.
